Integrated Packaging is a box manufacturer located in New Brunswick, New Jersey with about 100 employees. We have been certified to ISO 9000-1994 for several years and were due to convert to the new ISO 9000-2000 by August of 2003 . We were concerned that we didn't have the time or the manpower to make the conversion quickly enough. ISOlutioner proved to be an ideal solution because it allowed us to easily develop our new quality manual using its generic process mapping templates. ISOlutioner certainly saved us several weeks of development time. Everyone, including our quality manager, is thrilled with the results.
